General Trading Information and Terms & Conditions that apply to all orders submitted to We Print Photos Online.
We Print Photos Online accepts orders 24 hours a day seven days a week. Our Customer service department is open from Monday to Friday,
8.30am to 5.30pm, any and all orders will be dispatched within these hours.
Copyright laws and regulations apply to all orders lodged with We Print photos online, as legislated by the Copyright Act. The company will
not reproduce images that are subject to that legislation without written consent of the copyright owner.

Minimum order charge:
A mimimum charge of $22.00 applies to each order.
Liability & Damage:
Whilst every effort is made to safeguard all material in our possession including but not limited to films, photographs, artwork and files, liability is not accepted by this establishment for any loss and/or damage suffered by the customer, as a result of the customer submitting or leaving these items for whatever purpose. That includes any loss and/or damage and however such loss and/or damage emanated, including any negligence by any member of this establishment. All material is submitted fully at the owners risk and the client further warrants that it has full authority to request such service from We Print Photos Online.
It should be noted that some colours and dyes will not always reproduce faithfully on different materials. Should there be any doubt please check with our Production department. Our products cannot be warranted against change of colour from excessive exposure to light. Our paper / material suppliers can offer estimates on colour fidelity and product life. Returned Finished Product Claims, must be made within 10 days after receipt and be returned with original order envelope for assessment for re- do. No refunds can be made in these situations.
Delivery InformationDomestic Delivery is available
$ 20.00 flat rate delivery for all workDelivery times;
Allow 5 days for prints
Allow 10 to 15 days for Artmount & Canvas prints
Completed orders will be returned by post, or via overnight courier and/or rail.
Packaging & Freight to local or interstate destinations can be arranged. No responsibility is taken by We Print Photos Online for any damage to goods being freighted. Claims for re-dos will not be accepted in this situation.
Insurance coverage can be arranged on request to compensate against potential freight damage. The cost of insurance will be an additional charge to your order and is based on the total value of your goods. Please contact customer service for a quotation.

RefundsIf for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
Goods Damaged In TransitIf your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.
Method Of RefundsWe Print Photos Online will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque or international money order.
How To Make a ReturnAll we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
